Prime virgin polymer (PP/HD) granules are processed to produce tapes. Tapes extruded vary from 700 denier to 3000 denier; flat tapes and triplex tapes are also manufactured. |
Tapes are interwoven on high speed 4, 6 and 8 shuttle circular looms, thus providing hight quality fabrics for the manufacture of F.I.B.C/Tarpaulins & Sacks.

There is a special lamination plant for coating (on fabric of width ranging from 20" to 81") will polythene as well as polypropylene. This process is used specially on F.I.B.Cs and Tarpaulins. |
Skilled Technicians convert high quality fabric into finished Tarpaulins, F.I.B.Cs and Sacks. The fabrication line is composed of welding, sewing and other updated machines- thus ensuring high quality end-products.
